Recipes & Cabas (A cabas is a French shopping bag) offers recipes and all the corresponding ingredients to cook varied, balanced, economical and fast meals at home!
Operation : Recettes et Cabas is supplied by market gardeners, breeders and craftsmen in our regions, to offer fresh and unprocessed products. Their criteria:
- quality,
- respect for the seasons
- variety
The ingredients of the ToutBio Cabas are certified organic, they come from certified organic suppliers (Biocoop, Bioregion ...) promoting a responsible approach. Recettes & Cabas has also obtained the Organic certification relating to the organization of order preparations, by ECOCERT.
All information relating to the origin and origin of products are indicated on the back of the recipe booklets or on product labels, as well as the expiry date for packaged products.

Implementation : Recipes and Cabas make meals in a kit for everyday use:
- Recipes are displayed over several weeks
- Order the Cabi Tradi or ToutBio on their website (before Thursday midnight to be delivered the following week)
- Modulation of the menus: Meat, Fish, Vegetarian, Protein or Very Simple and depending on the number of people.
- Recipes are varied, balanced and easy to make
- No more waste, the ingredients are pre-dosed in just the right quantities to cook each meal in 30 minutes
- The products are seasonal, ultra-fresh and unprocessed, from sustainable agriculture (90% French and if possible local)
- Accessible to all, healthy, balanced, and meeting current nutritional needs.
- Produced by agriculture that preserves the environment and the welfare of farm animals.
- Low in greenhouse gas emissions and generating less waste …
The packaging is limited and recyclable in the Rhône department. In addition, part of the containers can be returned by the customer, in return for loyalty points on their next purchases.
Means : Example of a kit: Ready-to-cook kit containing: enough to prepare 3,4 or 5 meals, for 2, 4 or 6 or / people:
- recipes (3 mini): meat, fish, vegetarian, protein
- options: dessert kit to cook, cheeses, dairy desserts

How it works ?
- order the shopping bag
- select your payment method (CB, etc.) in the Comfort Formula section
- reception of the shopping bag every week on the model of your initial order.
Result
The menus and recipes are designed by professional cooks, usually also mothers. They bring their expertise and their culinary know-how by developing the menus. The recipes are all tested and readjusted before being offered to you.
With the shopping bag, the customer receives a detailed recipe booklet in stages to support both beginners and cooking experts. It also contains nutritional tips and advice written by the cooks at the bottom of the page.
