Pulpe de Vie is a brand producing sustainable and ethical cosmetics. To avoid competition with food consumption, Pulpe de vie has chosen to use so-called "ugly" fruit and vegetables that are rejected because of their unusual and different shapes, as well as the unsold products of small producers, thus offering them a second life. The fruit is local and seasonal. Stocks for the year are thus constituted, to ensure a product range all year round. The processing unit is also in the region around Aix en Provence. In the future, the company would like to recover the unsold products from organic stores.
Pulpe de vie cosmetics are free of parabens, silicones and no other harmful products. Natural alternatives are used for all components, for example using black radish as a preservative, or olive derivatives to replace the silicone.
Trust guarantees : certifications Ecocert, labels Cosmébio, Authentic Provence and Cruelty Free and Vegan. The products are organic, made in the Provence area and not testes on animals.

- The manufacturing and packaging of products are entirely made by small local companies in Provence,
- All packaging is recyclable
- 1 product bought = 1 "ugly" fruit saved
- A total of 132,674 "ugly" fruits saved

Julie Ducret created "Pulpe de Vie" in 2008 in the Joliette district of Marseille. The company has 5 employees in 2019.

Pulpe de Vie is a brand with a concept as simple as the composition of its products: certified natural and organic, made from "ugly" fresh fruit harvested from small local producers, and guaranteed 100% made in France. Organic certified cosmetics are guaranteed to 99.2% minimum made with natural ingredients, but above all 100% transparent for the composition!
